So here is how to connect to Wowscape, a private world of warcraft server with no monthly fees.

1. Download and install World of Warcraft (WOW) and World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade (TBC).

2. After installing BOTH WOW and TBC, patch it to 2.4.3. It will say login but you dont really need an account to do it if your just patching so just use Login: Manimarco PW: bogdanmata. You can also find the patches on the site provided above.

3. After its patched you can make and account at www.wowscape.net

4. Last step is to change your realmlist.. to do this open your wow folder and find a file called realmlist.wtf, open it and delete everything inside and change it to set realmlist logon.wowscape.net

After all this you should be able to play, if your not just post here and il try and help. and just a fyi this isint a 30 min download it will take a few days for you to be able to play. If i made any mistakes or someone has a better way please dont be shy THANKS

i know that u cant have more than 1 person online on the same subscription at once

but... can u buy 1 WoW CD, install it on 3 pcs, then get 3 seperate subscriptions / 60 day time cards?

Just wondering cos that way me and my brothers could play online but only have to buy 1 CD.

Kamikaze, in order to to get three defferent accounts you need three different cd keys. Therefore, u can install it on three different pc's but that will still give u only one account. Anyway you are going to have to buy 3 games to get 3 accounts. Thats just the way it works....Its kinda annoying how blizzard did that.....

Thats not true me and my dad play having used the same disc and you can have multiple accouts.

(sorry for not being on computers been on the fritz but i got a laptop so thats good)

yes i agree u can use the same discs and have multiple accounts but what u need for an account is a cd key or an account already. in one game box u get a normal cd key and a trial. u can prolly upgrade the trial to a normal account and have 2 accounts from one set of discs. So that being said, you can have as many accounts that u want with one set of discs as long as u keep getting cd keys or buy accounts.

Well illegal or not it makes me want to at least try it out.Only problem would be that you have to begin a new toon and start from scratch, that'd suck. But the playing for free thing is neat. Too bad you dont know how long they are going to have a server up. Blizzard is going to be going on with WoW for a long time so it's a safe bet for just 15 bucks a month to actually kinda sorta get a bit of a return on your life wasted.

the fun is in the playing i think, not in having the high rank char

although i gotta admit i would be pissed off if i lost a rank 80 haha

however a private server sets you up if you ever want to pay subscription, you will know how to play the game so money isn't wasted, also you will know how to get good gear rather than being noobish and not knowing
