I saw that for the euro server that you have set ideas before hand. After the first practice I attended, I noticed it was rather chaotic, while before practice begins I think is ok, but I think more structure might do some good. Perhaps before practice someone will write what we will be doing at practice. Then ideas like Apollo's for an all sniper practice, I would skip the practice because I am not all that into all snipers. Just an idea figured structure might help a little though.

Ya, i also noticed that. Kami's running the Euro practice pretty sharply and i wish i could attend them

were usually pretty good its just that we had a few new ppl thats why. mostly practice is for all of us to have fun (AFTER WE HAVE HAD OUR CHAT) and to do game types and stuff we normally cant do

Sorry for missing practice, I really try to come to all of them but with working nights and stuff it doesn't always happen. Next Tuesday should be good though

Helba practices are usually pretty structured and the GOA run a tight ship.

We start off by gaming amongst ourselves then the GOA start practice by getting us against the wall in crash, iannouncements and scrimmage info is put out.

Then we select Captains and split up into teams. Each round gets a new captain so they get practice running a team.

When we scrimmage other clans we always seem to be the most organized and squared away.
