But gentlemen,
There suck a program where we have a pre-warning system that I found on a UK server it pretty much does what we do now except warns the user of the perk or weapon once then after that it kicks them for one day.When and if the person returns, if they use it again they are banned for a longer period of time, or permenantly banned from that server. It would make our lives easier.Thanks for your time.

No it will keep us as a ranked server, so it is all good.

Yes it would keep us ranked, but I think that mod would make us less popular. Some people come on and they don't know the rules, so we tell them and some are normally compliant, if that mod is running it will just kick them right away and they might not come back. I think we should leave the servers like they are.
