I think we need to add a couple of question or requirements to our application page before we accepted or vote voted on new members.

Do you have vent?

Do you currently have a microphone?

If they don't have we suspend their application until they do.

And maybe add on our application page that this is a social clan of a group of friends that play together and we are very selective on who we accept. There should be a least 3 month probation period and if you don't annoy the crap out of everyone your membership is voted on by entire clan. The results could be kept secret or made public your choice.

I think we should schedule a meeting to discus.
