Linen - Easily found in Westfall on Dark Brotherhood
Wool - Same place in westfall also drops in Darkwood
Silk - This can be farmed in the hundreds per run, in Zul Frraak an instance near Tarnais. South part of Kalimdor
Mageweave - This can be farmed in the hundreds per run, in Zul Frraak an instance near Tarnais. South part of Kalimdor

Rune Cloth - I found the biggest droppers were in the Western Plauge lands. The Scarlet Avengers and such drop them almost constantly. There are also a few places in Fel Wood that drop it rather constant as well. Winterspring monsters will also drop some as well.
Netherweave - This can be most easily found by humanoids in Outlands I found the most in Helfire Pennsilua(Spelling). While it might seem like a slow grind, moving a character from 60-70 in Outlands you will get around 100-200, easily.
Frostweave - The undead in Icecrown seem the best. My biggest recommendation first is to go to Dalaran in the Tailor trainer you will recieve a quest that allows you to gain more frostweave per creature. It does make a noticeable difference.
